These guides cover the people and settings behind your Prism project. You will learn how to add teammates, what each role can do, how to manage tracking projects, how to ask for a new module, and how to look after your own password and profile.
Most team and project work happens in the Client panel. Only project admins and owners can open it. To reach it, click Settings in the System group of the Prism sidebar. In the Client panel sidebar, look under Workspace for Team and Project settings.
Everyone, whatever their role, can use the account menu at the bottom of the left sidebar. It has Edit profile, Change password and Log out. If you forget your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Some actions need the project owner. Only the owner can change a member's role or remove an admin. If a page says you don't have access, ask your project admin or owner first. For anything else, email enquiry@techmagnate.com.
