What is it?
The Brand Visibility screen lists AI answers that name a tracked brand, across all your prompts and platforms. You find it under AI Intelligence in your Prism sidebar. The screen says: "View answers across all prompts and platforms — filter by brand to see competitor answers".
There is one row for each brand named in each answer. An answer that names three brands shows up as three rows when All Brands is picked.
Why use it?
- To read the answers that mention your brand.
- To read the answers that mention a competitor.
- To see where each brand ranks in each answer.
Before you start
You need an LLM project with answers for the selected date. The Answers Mentioning Me card and the Answer Position Distribution chart on the Overview, and the View → buttons on Competitors, open this screen with a brand already picked.
How to use it

In the sidebar, open AI Intelligence, then click Brand Visibility.
Choose a brand
Open the brand dropdown. Pick All Brands, your brand under My Brand (tagged You), or one brand under Competitors. Click ✕ Clear filter to go back to all brands.
Search
Type in Search prompts…. Click ✕ in the box to empty it, or ✕ Clear to reset both the search and the brand.
Read an answer
Click View → on a row to open the answer pop-up.

Understanding the data
Answer Rank is where a brand appears inside an AI answer. Rank 1 means it was the first brand named. A lower number is better. This screen only lists answers that name the brand, so Not Ranked means the brand is named but Prism could not give it a position.
Example
For example, you pick your brand and search "pricing". You see six answers. Your brand is Rank 1 on Perplexity but Rank 4 on Gemini for the same prompt. You click View → on the Gemini row to read who was named first. See Reading an AI answer.
Tips
- Pick a competitor and look for prompts where they rank but you do not appear.
- Use the platform filter to focus on one AI tool at a time.
- Check Responses for a yes/no view of mentions and citations, including answers that do not name you.
Common issues
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| No answers found. | Clear the search, pick All Brands, or click Reset in the filter bar. |
| Select an LLM project to view brand visibility answers. | Pick a project in the filter bar. |
