This page explains the main parts of the Prism screen and how to reach each report.

The main parts of the Prism panel.
  1. 1Left sidebar — Lists the reports for the selected project.
  2. 2Project switcher — Switch between your projects.
  3. 3Date range — Pick the dates for your reports.
  4. 4Account menu — Edit profile, change password or log out.
  5. 5Report area — The screen you have open.

The top bar

Project switcher

The project switcher sits at the top left. It shows the selected project's name. Below the name, small logos show each channel that is on, with its number of active keywords or prompts. Every report shows data for the project selected here.

Click it to open the project list:

  • Type in Search projects… to find a project, then click it.
  • On a computer, point at a project to see its details on the right. You see which channels are Active or Off, how many keywords or prompts are active, how many are allotted (allowed by your plan) and how often they refresh. A channel your project does not have says Not part of this master project.
  • Click Switch to project to open the project you are pointing at. The open one is marked CURRENT PROJECT.
  • + New project opens the Client panel, where admins manage projects. See Set up a project.

Press Esc or click outside the list to close it. On a phone, the list opens from the bottom of the screen as Switch project.

Date range

On the right of the top bar is the date range. It sets the dates for screens such as the Unified Dashboard. Pick Last 7 days, Last 28 days (the default) or Last 1 year. Or use Custom range: choose From and To, then click Apply.

Some screens, such as Analytics (GA4 + GSC), have their own date buttons. See Date ranges and compare.

The left sidebar

The sidebar lists the reports in groups. You only see the modules that are turned on for your project, minus any pages your admin has restricted for you.

GroupItems
OverviewUnified Dashboard: headline numbers from each module, on one screen.
AI IntelligenceYour AI visibility: Overview, Platforms, Competitors, Citations, Pages Mentioning Me, Brand Visibility, Responses, Prompt Clusters and Sentiments.
Search RankingsGoogle SERP (opens to Overview, Keywords, SERP Features and SERP Unified), Bing Rankings, Google Play Store, Apple App Store and YouTube Ranking.
Analytics & ReportingAnalytics (GA4 + GSC): Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data side by side.
SystemIntegrations & MCP to connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. Settings opens the Client panel (admins and owners only).

Google SERP has its own small menu. Click it to show or hide its four pages. It opens by itself while you are on one of them.

Screens without a sidebar item

Some screens open from buttons, not from the sidebar:

ScreenHow to open it
Advanced AnalyticsAnalytics (GA4 + GSC)Advanced Analytics
Category BuilderAdvanced AnalyticsSettings
Integrations & MCPAlso opens from Property settings on the Analytics screen, and from Connect now on the Unified Dashboard.

Inside Advanced Analytics, tabs take you to each report: Category Breakdown, URL Breakdown, Keywords Breakdown, SEO Root Cause Analysis, URL Deep Dive, Anomaly Wizard and Opportunity Finder. Learn about them in the Search Analytics guides.

The account menu

The bottom of the left sidebar shows the selected project and your name. Click the gear icon next to them to open the account menu with Edit profile, Change password and Log out. See Your account.

On a phone or small screen

On a phone or tablet, the sidebar is hidden to save space.

  • Tap the menu button (three lines) at the top left to open it.
  • Tap a page to go there. The menu closes by itself.
  • To close it without choosing, tap the close button, tap outside the menu, or press Esc.

Wide tables can be scrolled sideways inside their box.

The Client panel

The Client panel is for project admins and owners. Open it with Settings in the System group. Its sidebar has:

  • Back to Prism: return to your reports.
  • Your projects: the project you are managing. Click it to search for and switch to another project. Only projects where you are an admin or owner are listed.
  • Workspace: Team and Project settings.
  • Keyword Setting: view, upload and export keyword files.

Learn more in Team members and Project settings.

When a page is blocked

If you open a page that is not part of your project, you see This module isn't available and This page isn't included for the selected project. Contact your administrator if you need access. Prism then takes you to a page you can open. Ask your admin to give you access, or use Request access on the Unified Dashboard. See Request access to a module.
