Where to find it in Prism:AI IntelligenceResponses

What is it?

The Responses screen (page title All Responses) shows every answer for your prompts, checked against one brand. You find it under AI Intelligence in your Prism sidebar. The screen says: "View all prompt responses across platforms — brand mentioned and pages cited".

For each answer you see two simple facts: was the brand named, and was a page from the brand's own website cited? Unlike Brand Visibility, this screen also lists answers that do not name the brand.

Why use it?

  • To find answers where you are missing.
  • To find answers that name you but do not link to your site.
  • To compare platforms for one brand in a simple yes/no view.

Before you start

You need an LLM project with answers for the selected date.

How to use it

  1. Open Responses

In the sidebar, open AI Intelligence, then click Responses.

  2. Pick a brand

Under FILTER BY, click a brand pill. It starts with your brand, tagged You.

  3. Filter yes or no

Set BRAND MENTIONED and PAGES CITED to All, ✓ Yes or ✕ No. You can also type in Search prompts….

  4. Read the answers

Click View → on a row to open the answer pop-up.

Understanding the screen

Brand × Platform Summary

"Brand mentions and pages cited breakdown per domain per platform". There is one row for each tracked brand. Your brand is tagged You. For each platform there are two pairs of counts:

  • BRAND MENTIONED — how many answers say NO and how many say YES.
  • PAGES CITED — how many answers say NO and how many say YES.

The summary always shows every brand. The FILTER BY pills only change the table below it.

Click Export to download the responses. Use Rows per page and the page buttons to move through the table.

Understanding the data

A mention is when the answer names the brand. A citation is when the answer links to a page as a source. An answer can have one without the other.

Example

For example, your row in the summary for ChatGPT shows BRAND MENTIONED YES 30, NO 20, and PAGES CITED YES 5, NO 45. ChatGPT often names you but rarely links to you. You set BRAND MENTIONED to ✓ Yes and PAGES CITED to ✕ No, then read those answers to see which pages it cites instead.

Tips

  • Switch the FILTER BY pill to a competitor to see where they get cited.
  • Use Reading an AI answer to understand the pop-up.
  • Use Platforms for visibility percentages.

Can I pick more than one brand on the Responses screen?

No. FILTER BY shows one brand at a time. It starts with your own brand.

How do I find answers that mention me but do not cite my pages?

Set BRAND MENTIONED to ✓ Yes and PAGES CITED to ✕ No.

What is the Brand × Platform Summary?

It has one row per tracked brand. For each platform, it counts how many answers did or did not name the brand, and did or did not cite a page from the brand's website.

Does Export keep my Yes and No filters?

No. Export downloads the responses for the selected brand and search. The BRAND MENTIONED and PAGES CITED filters are not applied to the file.
