What you can do in Prism
Prism groups its screens into a few areas:
- Dashboards. The Unified Dashboard gives one view across modules, with a Composite Visibility score. The Analytics (GA4 + GSC) screen shows your Google data.
- Search analytics. Advanced Analytics breaks your data down by category, URL and keyword, and explains why numbers moved. See Advanced Analytics basics.
- Rank tracking. See where your keywords rank on Google, Bing, the app stores and YouTube. See Rank Tracking.
- AI visibility. AI Intelligence shows how AI assistants mention and cite your brand. See AI Visibility.
Your role and your project decide which of these you see. See Navigating Prism and Roles and permissions.
Missing something?
If a module is not in your project, use Request access. If a screen shows a message instead of data, see Troubleshooting.
Frequently asked questions
What is Prism?
Prism is an SEO analytics platform by Techmagnate. It brings your Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data, your search rankings and your visibility in AI answers into one place.
Who is Prism for?
SEO teams, marketing teams, agencies and business owners who want to understand and improve their search performance.
What modules does Prism have?
The Unified Dashboard, Analytics (GA4 + GSC) with the Advanced Analytics add-on, rank tracking for Google, Bing, Google Play Store, Apple App Store and YouTube, and AI Intelligence for AI visibility.
Why don't I see every module?
You only see the modules turned on for your project, minus any pages your admin has limited for you. The Unified Dashboard and Integrations & MCP are always there.
How do I get a module my project doesn't have?
Open the Unified Dashboard and click Request access on a card marked Not assigned or No access. The card then shows Request pending until the request is reviewed.
Is Advanced Analytics included?
Advanced Analytics is a paid add-on for each project. Without it, the button shows a lock. Ask your admin about adding it.
Which AI platforms does Prism check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and AI Overview. Each LLM project only checks the platforms ticked for it.
Can Prism change my Google data?
No. Prism asks Google for read-only access to Analytics and Search Console, plus your Google email. It can read your reports but cannot change anything.
Can I remove Prism's access to my Google account?
Yes. Click Disconnect on the Integrations & MCP screen. Prism then also asks Google to cancel its access. You can also remove Prism in your Google Account permissions.
What is the difference between the Prism panel and the Client panel?
The Prism panel holds all the reports. The Client panel is for admins and owners to manage Team, Project settings and Keyword Setting. Open it from Settings in the sidebar.
Can I share a report with my client or manager?
Yes. Click Export PDF on the Unified Dashboard to download a PDF of the whole dashboard. Many tables also export to Excel or CSV.
Where should I start learning Prism?
Read the Getting Started guides. They cover creating an account, setting up a project, connecting your data and your first steps.
